Preventive Maintenance

Maverick Systems Corporation's Preventive Maintenance Service

Preventive (preventative/predictive) maintenance is defined as a program in which wear, tear, and change are anticipated and continuous corrective actions are taken to ensure peak efficiency and minimize deterioration. Preventive maintenance involves a planned and controlled program of systematic inspection, adjustment, lubrication, and replacement of components, as well as performance testing and analysis. The result of a successful Preventative maintenance program extends the life of the facilities and equipment, and minimizes unscheduled downtime that causes major problems. It ensures that equipment is operating properly, and will improve the Plant Operations, since unscheduled breakdowns are held to a minimum.

The concept is to keep your machines running at optimum output without break downs due to poor maintenance on the machines.

Maverick Systems Corporation offers PM programs to the plastics industry. Our Preventive maintenance programs cover everything needed to keep your machines performing at their peak efficiency.

Maverick Systems provides 3 packages that can be customized to accommodate your specific machines.

Our Preventive maintenance program keeps a database of each customer’s machines so we can perform the maintenance required on a systematic schedule. Our PM program tracks:

  • Maintenance Scheduling

  • Maintenance Calendars

  • Maintenance Check Lists

  • Machine Tracking

  • Parts and Materials

  • Complete Reports
