Mr. Head's industry experience includes over thirty years of turnarounds in New Business Development, Program Management, Applied Research and Development, Design Development, Quality Programs, Information Systems (to include MRP/MRP II Implementations), Operations (Manufacturing and Procurement), Service, and After Market Operations. Jim has spent over twenty years in top level management. Asset and personnel responsibility has exceeded $3 billion. 
Mrs. Haffly's background consists of nearly 20 years of design, graphic arts, and web development. In these years of experience she has been responsible for branding campaigns, strategic marketing, promotion, event planning, advertising, web site design and development, e-commerce (B2B and B2C), trade shows, proposal efforts, online and printed marketing materials, copy writing and editing. She is also an expert in the creation or conversion of technical documentation and drawings for online and interactive use. 
BJ Haffly has over 20 years in the machine tool and millwright-mechanical industry. His experience comes from working on some of the largest machine tool installations for the nations leading machine tool manufacturers. His career in the millwright-mechanical field has gained him thorough knowledge and hands-on experience with a significant number of machine tool equipment on the market today. 
Joe Harmon has worked with and for BJ Haffly for over 10 years. His career in the millwright industry began over 15 years ago as a custom fabricator and welder for a local manufacturer and has widened and enhanced his skill set dramatically during that time. Initially adopting similar techniques and procedures under Mr. Haffly's tutelage, Joe has since become a leading millwright, technician, machine mechanic, laser technician and project manager in his own right. Joe has led many projects in the $10 to $20 million range for companies such as Siemens, Northrop Grumman and Lockheed.
Randy Bruce began his extensive career in laser alignment and calibration with a 15 year period at General Motors in Lansing, Michigan. While at GM, Randy worked with the machine rebuild team and developed the use of the Hamar L-711 system for scrapping and ensuring machines were rebuilt to be flat, straight, parallel, and square. This led to the development of a central rebuild facility in Lansing for GM. In 1993 he was employed by Hamar Laser to work in their National Training and Service Center. By working directly for Hamar Laser, Randy became an expert in laser systems and used them extensively on a wide variety of machines in many industries.
