Randy Bruce began his extensive career in laser alignment and calibration with a 15 year period at General Motors in Lansing, Michigan. While at GM, Randy worked with the machine rebuild team and developed the use of the Hamar L-711 system for scrapping and ensuring machines were rebuilt to be flat, straight, parallel, and square. This led to the development of a central rebuild facility in Lansing for GM. In 1993 he was employed by Hamar Laser to work in their National Training and Service Center. By working directly for Hamar Laser, Randy became an expert in laser systems and used them extensively on a wide variety of machines in many industries. |

He has redesigned or modified OEM foundation prints to fit customer (machine tool/equipment owners) floor space or special needs. Vic has an extensive list of machine tools and equipment (OEMs and types) he has worked and consulted on. Vic was also the Plant Facility Engineer for Menasco Aerosystems/Goodrich in Euless, Texas for more than 35 years and supervised all machine tool and production equipment moves, installations, maintenance and operations. |
